Founded in 2014 by Whitney Wolfe Herd, US-based popular dating app Bumble announced that it is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO). According to sources familiar with the matter, the app could seek a valuation of $6 billion to $8 billion.

California-based mobile gaming company Skillz shared its plants to go public through an IPO which will value the company at $3.5 billion. The company said it will merge with Flying Eagle Acquisition.
