Doordash seeks to raise up to $2.8 billion in IPO

According to a new filling released by Doordash on Monday, the San-Francisco based popular food delivery company is seeking to raise up to $2.8 billion in its IPO at a $32 billion valuation on a fully diluted basis. Doordash plans to sell 33 million shares at a price between $75 and $85. 

Two weeks ago, Doordash released its first filling to go public. The food delivery company is going to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol DASH. 
In June 2020, DoorDash raised $400 million in a new funding round at a $16 billion valuation. The company plans to double its valuation with its IPO.
