Amazon Launches Mobile Game Recorder App ‘GameOn’ For Android

Tech giant Amazon has launched a new app for Android called ‘’GameOn’’ to let mobile gamers capture and share their mobile gameplay, join in weekly challenges and connect with other players. The app is coming to iOS soon. 

The new GameOn app will let users record clips between 30 seconds and 5 minutes. Users will be able to edit their videos after recording and add their selfie videos for introduction. 

After capturing their gameplay, they’ll be able to share their videos to their public GameOn page as well as other social media channels such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter and iMessage.

Amazon’s GameOn app is currently integrated with more than 1,000 mobile games, including PUBG Mobile by Tencent, Crossy Road by Hipster Whale, Gardenscapes and Fishdom by Playrix, Angry Birds 2 by Rovio, Final Fantasy Brave Exvius and many more. 

GameOn is currently available only on Google’s Play Store and Amazon Appstore. In a FAQ section on the website created for the new service, the company says that it is coming to iOS soon.
