Reddit has announced its AI-powered ads inspiration library, as part of its series of Reddit Ads Manager tools. The new inspiration library is a curated collection of top-performing ads on the platform, powered by AI to help advertisers—especially small businesses—identify and replicate successful strategies.
Advertisers can filter ads by budget, industry, format, and objectives to find the most relevant examples for their campaigns. The AI also highlights key creative best practices used in each ad, offering actionable insights for advertisers looking to boost performance.
By analyzing ad success metrics such as click-through rates (CTR) and net upvotes, this tool gives businesses a quick view into what works best on Reddit. This functionality is designed to help marketers save time and resources while creating ads that resonate with Reddit communities.
In addition to the inspiration library, Reddit introduced an AI copywriter tool, which is currently in beta testing. This tool generates ad copy tailored to Reddit’s distinct style, helping businesses craft Reddit-specific ads that follow platform best practices. Advertisers can input product details and target audience information, and the AI generates optimized copy, streamlining a process that can often be time-consuming for small teams.
Reddit also launched an image auto-cropper, which automatically adjusts campaign images to fit the platform’s recommended display ratios. This feature eliminates another common pain point for advertisers, making it easier to align visuals with Reddit’s ad specifications.
Jim Squires, EVP of Business Marketing and Growth at Reddit, emphasized the importance of AI in transforming the platform’s advertising ecosystem. “Our goal is to make it easier for businesses to engage with our communities while ensuring that the ads feel native to Reddit,” he said. “By integrating AI tools, we’re helping advertisers save time and resources while enhancing their understanding of what drives success on the platform.”
