Apple announced yesterday that it has updated the App Store Connect API with new capabilities, following the launch of its updated App Store submission experience over the past few weeks.
“The App Store Connect API now offers greater flexibility to automate and customize workflows for your app. With these new capabilities, you can create and submit in-app events, custom product pages, and product page optimization tests. This release also includes support for the updated App Store submission experience, which lets you submit multiple items, submit without a new app version, and retrieve submission statuses.”
Apple explained.
The App Store Connect API allows developers to customize and automate workflows across developer tools, such as App Store Connect, Xcode, and Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, in order to give them flexibility and efficiency in workflows.
Earlier this month, Apple also announced that developers can now view information about their in-app events, including event page views, reminder and notification data, and the number of downloads and redownloads that were driven by their in-app events.
