This new push enhances the accessibility of Search Ads to a total of 91 countries, marking a significant milestone in Apple’s advertising platform. In April this year, the company had expanded its availability to 70 countries and regions, including Brazil, Bolivia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, and Paraguay.
Apple Search Ads, which offer four primary ad types, have been lauded for their efficiency. These ads appear across the App Store in key areas such as the Today tab, the Search page before a query is entered, at the top of search results, and at the bottom of other app product pages. The strategic placement of these ads allows developers to increase their visibility, with Apple reporting that Search Ads can deliver up to twice as many impressions compared to organic search. A study conducted in early 2023 highlights Apple Search Ads as the second-largest ad network for user acquisition on iOS, excelling in both revenue generation and conversion rates.
