Huuuge Games says it is looking at 5 acquisition targets

Huuuge Inc. founder and chief executive Anton Gauffin said during a press conference on Tuesday that the mobile gaming company is looking closely at 5 takeover targets as it aims to speed up its development, after reporting a $83 million net loss last year.

We look for a buy that brings us more scale and success. We have 5 build and buy opportunities in active pursuit,” said Gauffin during the press conference. “There are a lot of companies we’re talking with including some companies from Poland but our approach is very much global.

In February, the company made Poland’s largest gaming sector initial public offering and raised about $100 million net which it said it would mainly use for acquisitions.

Founded in 2014, Huuuge has published many mobile games including Huuuge Casino, Billionaire Casino, Stars Slots, Trolls Pop, Traffic Puzzle, Coffee Break Games, Luna’s Quest Bubble Shooter and more which have been downloaded by over 200 million users from 195 countries so far.
