Consumer intelligence driven mobile marketing company Affle announced its plans to acquire YouAppi, a gaming-focused programmatic mobile app marketing platform based in the United States.
Founded in 2011 by Moshe Vaknin and Ofer Garnett, YouAppi offers programmatic mobile app marketing solutions for the rapidly expanding gaming industry. Its mobile advertising platform, which uses the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning, has been trusted by many well-known companies in the world including Twitter, Alibaba, Amazon, Duolingo, and Playtika.
In its press release, Mumbai-based Affle said that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire full ownership of YouAppi, but the companies haven’t disclosed the financial details of the deal.
