Popular short-video app TikTok has launched a new pilot program named ‘’TikTok Resumes’’ which now lets users apply for US-based jobs with their video resumes.
For the pilot program, the company has teamed up with various world-famous companies including Chipotle, Target, WWE, Alo Yoga, Shopify, Contra and Movers+Shakers which will accept job openings until July 31.
To apply for jobs, users will need to create their video resumes and post them with the #TikTokResumes hashtag in their caption.

In addition, the company has also launched tiktokresumes.com where users can get detailed information about the job openings of more than 30 companies including TikTok itself.

First launched in September 2016, TikTok is now one of the most popular social media platforms in the world with over 800 million monthly active users.
The app has also become a meeting place for users watching and sharing career and job-related videos with hashtags like #CareerTok and #CareerAdvice.
