Creatopy, an AI-driven creative automation platform, announced that it has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round from 3VC and Point Nine.
At present, the Creatopy platform leverages machine learning for resizing and adapting creative assets. This enables the platform to generate a wide array of multisize formats from a single asset and produce numerous templates based on a single template. For brands seeking visual content, they have the option to either import their branded assets or source images from the Shutterstock library.
Creatopy additionally establishes a performance feedback mechanism for brands’ advertising creatives. Brands can employ the platform to serve ads on display networks like the Google Display Network and subsequently fine-tune these advertisements for optimal results. It offers brands a tracking tag that monitors the performance of ads on various networks, including metrics like impressions and clicks.
“We’re closing the creative gap by helping brands and agencies create, customize, and scale their ads and visual content production. AI comes to enhance our solution, making the creative workflow simpler and faster, and increasing users’ capabilities to manage their creatives across all formats, channels, and markets.” said Dan Oros, CEO of Creatopy.
The funding will be allocated to expanding the customer base and enhancing the product with fresh AI capabilities, particularly in domains such as copywriting, image editing, and workflow improvements.
“Designers and marketers often spend too many hours on rather frustrating work, preparing visuals to be used at scale. Creatopy’s customer love was very convincing – hours saved every week, better work-life balance, and ability to meet the needs of the organization or a client with given resources. We are very excited to partner up with Dan and his team on their journey!” said Eva Arh, Managing Partner at 3VC.
Creatopy, the US-based company with R&D in Romania, was founded in 2021 by Romanian serial entrepreneur Gabriel Ciordas and a team of experienced professionals and has more than 5,000 brands and agencies among its customers, including Salesforce, Autodesk, Zeiss, Yellow Pages, and many more.
“The Creatopy team has built an extremely impressive design automation and collaboration platform that meets the needs of designers and marketers in large brands and agencies alike. I’m thrilled to work with Dan on their mission to build a large, category-defining company that uses the power of AI to revolutionize the creative process at scale,” said Christoph Janz, managing Partner at Point Nine.
