Tel Aviv-based Odeeo has raised $5 million to scale its global operations and enhance its non-intrusive audio ads in mobile games. The funding round, led by Atinum Investments, positions the company to expand its reach in key markets like North America, where Odeeo is ramping up operations to connect advertisers with millions of mobile gamers through innovative, seamless audio ads.

The fresh investment comes as Odeeo scales operations in North America, following its entry into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region through a partnership with Evolution Media Group. Odeeo is also setting its sights on expanding into key Asian markets, including Korea, Japan, and Vietnam, as it strengthens its presence in the global mobile gaming ecosystem.

“We are bringing in-game audio ads to the forefront of advertising in a way that doesn’t disrupt gameplay, which we believe is a game-changer for brands,” said Stern, who has relocated to New York to oversee the company’s U.S. expansion. Odeeo already reaches an impressive 15 million daily active users, and the company is determined to educate advertisers on the power of in-game audio as a less intrusive, highly effective solution.

Since its inception in 2021, Odeeo has experienced rapid growth, with a 566% increase in net revenue in 2023 alone. The company’s software development kit (SDK) is now integrated into over 800 mobile games, allowing advertisers to reach a vast, engaged audience.
