Reddit acquires ad creative optimization platform Memorable AI

In a strategic move to boost advertising performance, Reddit has acquired Memorable AI, a platform specializing in ad creative optimization. The acquisition aims to empower Reddit advertisers with advanced tools to enhance campaign planning and achieve superior results.

Integrating Memorable AI’s capabilities into Reddit’s advertising suite promises significant performance improvements. Advertisers on Reddit will benefit from insights derived from previous ad campaigns, enhanced creative effectiveness, and automated guidance to maximize performance and return on investment. The integration will enable advertisers to make data-driven decisions, ensuring their ad creatives are optimized for the best possible outcomes.

Memorable AI boasts a powerful AI foundation model. This model, trained using advanced machine learning techniques and a comprehensive dataset of media metrics and cognitive impacts, provides advertisers with strategic ad creative guidance aligned with branding and conversion objectives. The technology offers predictive analytics on ad creatives’ impact on click-through rates, engagement, view-through rates, brand lift, and conversion rates, making it an invaluable tool for advertisers seeking to maximize their campaigns’ effectiveness.

This acquisition follows Reddit’s previous acquisitions of machine learning experimentation platform Spell in September 2022, textual analysis software MeaningCloud in July 2022, and audience insights platform Spiketrap, also in September 2022. These strategic acquisitions underscore Reddit’s commitment to enhancing its advertising technology and providing advertisers with cutting-edge tools.
