Incentivized Traffic
Incent traffic (aka incentivized traffic) is the traffic coming from ads in return for a reward including a discount, a credit or a game currency. In incentivized traffic, the app user is requested to take a specific action like installing an app or referring a friend, or watching a video from start to end.
Incent traffic is a cheap alternative to acquire huge amounts of installs to rank higher in app stores in a very short period of time. The main motivation here is seeing an organic uplift and increasing the number of organic installs as a result of achieving a higher overall ranking.
