Sinch Acquires India’s ACL Mobile For $70 Million

Swedish telecommunications & cloud communications platform Sinch has just announced that it agreed to acquire India’s communications platform ACL Mobile for $70 million. It is the 3rd largest acquisition of Sinch since the start of March.

In the previous months, Sweden’s Sinch announced its acquisition of SAP Digital Interconnect, which is a unit of SAP SE, for $252.88 million and the Brazilian mobile leader Wavy for $70 million.

Today, Sinch published a blog post and announced it agreed to acquire India’s rising mobile communications platform ACL Mobile which has more than 500 enterprise customers, for approximately $70 million. (INR 5.350 million)
