Singapore-based popular short form video app Tiki announced on Friday that it would shut down its operations on June 27, 2023.

Tiki is one of several short form video platforms that were launched in India soon after ByteDance’s TikTok got banned in the country in 2021 over national security concerns.

The app has been only available in India since its founding, where it currently has around 35 million monthly active users, according to Sensor Tower (via TechCrunch).
