Instagram will now allow creators to schedule Live broadcasts for up to 90 days. The company is also preparing to launch the “Practice Mode” feature, which allows Live broadcast hosts to connect with guests before starting a broadcast so that they rehearse beforehand and check things like audio levels and lighting.
The new scheduling feature will be available to creators from all over the world. Creators will be able to share scheduled content in Stories and Feed posts after scheduling the live broadcast. Followers who see the scheduled event will be able to turn on the reminder feature and receive notifications before it begins.

Taking a step back on IGTV a while ago, Instagram continues to care about Live broadcasts. Combining IGTV and feed videos under a new tab, the company seems to continue to invest in the live broadcast content format.
Scheduling is now available to all creators worldwide. Instagram says Practice mode will be rolled out soon.
