Instagram is Down And Not Working Again

Instagram, has been struggling with access issues almost every week during 2019, is down again. Currently, most users receive the ‘’couldn’t refresh feed’’ error. 

Instagram users in important regions such as the UK, West America, Europe and South Asia. are currently experiencing problems on the application. 

Users from many countries report that the feed can not be refreshed, messages are not sent, comments on posts and Stories are not displayed on the application.

Instagram’s ongoing access issues throughout the year seem to continue in the last weeks of the year. The company hasn’t made an official announcement on the issue yet.
